Following the formation of The Learning Partnership in September 2005, and its continued relationship with Learn Fast,   Cavendish Training (De Bono), Fuel IT, Caspian Learning, Sound Strategies, Creative Arts, and Mind Jet, the organisation brings to the corporate sector a distinct value proposition. This has been further enhanced by the conversion of the company into a Community Interest Company or CIC, guaranteeing that all revenues generated by our work in the corporate and public sectors, go directly to-wards supporting our work in the education sector. A CIC is a not for profit, regulated entity, and as such re-invests all profits back into its primary mission, in our case, the education sector.

Over the last 20 years the scientific community has advanced its understanding of the human mind beyond its own wildest expectations. The impact of this knowledge on organisational effectiveness and creativity is huge. Human intellectual capital is the single most important differentiator in the global corporate market place. Whether you are talking about the creativity of the organisation, its skills and knowledge, leadership or team work, there is now a genuine science that can be brought to bare to develop these areas in a manner that leverages the actual working of the human mind. When this knowledge (Mind Skills) is combined with hard and soft skills development, the resulting learning is more powerful, leads to greater action, and delivers greater long term benefits.   

The Learning Partnership has brought this knowledge and blended it with the respective coaching programs of its partners to bring together Mind Set and Mind Skills strategies. This combined offering has the ability to impact in all areas of organisational effectiveness, and through its other partners can be delivered in any form, from live delivery to e-learning.

By blending together their Leadership, Mindset, and Mind skill development programs, TLP and its partners are able to support organisations in their drive to improve performance, enhance effectiveness and empower cultural change. We aim to work collaboratively with any group to enhance the current offering and where relevant build new programs that support the strategic vision and direction of the entity.

The offerings of the partnership fall into two distinct areas; Mind Skills and Mind Set and apply to Leadership, Organisational performance enhancement, personal development and internal learning and development.

The programs outlined in this site are a selection intended to demonstrate the capabilities of the combined group;  it should be recognised however, that much of the work we undertake focuses at building client led interventions that draw on our wide ranging capabilities, and deliver bespoke development programs for the specific situation we find.
