Leadership Methodology

Leadership and management are very different things.

Most of the development that has happened in the corporate and public sectors until recently was management focused.

The Learning Partnership believes that the difference between strong management and extraordinary leadership is centred in the behaviour, attitude, and presence of the individual leader. Our belief in the importance of leadership in any effective organisation is total, and whilst the temptation of any leader is to delegate responsibility to others, true change only happens when the leadership of a group is wholeheartedly involved and leading from the middle of the initiative.

These programs have been designed to develop the core leadership competencies needed to drive change from within; communicating effectively with all staff, coaching the best out of the team and individual, navigate change, and maintaining consistent levels of drive and motivation though out the business.
