Organisational Performance Enhancement

The approach of the learning partnership to organisational effectiveness is to take the organisation as a whole and break it down into its constituent parts. If an individual within a team can develop their personal skills and attitudes to enhance their value to the team and  group, and so improve the effectiveness and performance of the team as a whole then investment makes sense.

These personal skills and attitudes can then be enhanced by the manner in which the team as whole interacts with itself and other teams within the business. The smallest of real changes in the personal, team and group effectiveness in a particular area will have dramatic long term implications on group profitability.

Take the simplest of our programs, Type Fast. If every single individual in an organisation learns to touch type in three hours, and continues to use the skill and become more adept with it, saving half an hour a day in time that would have been spent typing badly, then in 6 weeks the investment of time is paid back and the individual improvement in time management is enhancing the organisational effectiveness by 5% going forward. Small change on an individual basis, but massive on an organisational basis.
