Overview This is a 2 day event which aims to build self awareness in team members, interpersonal awareness and preferences which lead to tangible team performance improvements. The event can be performed indoors using a variety of tasks and challenges or can be based around a location using more outdoor challenges. Applicability The event is aimed at teams who need to forge better working relationships or for existing teams who need to raise their performance. This event is also applicable to management teams and for those in loose-coupled or matrix projects. Team Building comprises; A method for capturing and building on one’s own self awareness Methods for discovering and exploring learning styles and communication methods and how these may affect team performance Facilitated Myers Briggs (MBTI) awareness session using novel exercises and activities to deepen and enliven areas of preference Analysis of how MBTI preferences can shape a individual or team approaches to each other, processes and tasks and what can be done about it A systematic approach to working, planning and problem solving An extensive and customised range of tasks and challenges which can be performed stand alone or can build toward achievement of a corporate goal A working process for reviewing success, improvement or back-at-work application using the Plan, Action, Review cycle Personal Action Planning
