Increasingly the management of change across the whole school is a major challenge for UK education. As advances in the understanding of brain functionality increase, and the demands on schools to perform at higher and higher levels encouraged, the expectations on the leadership team in a school increase.

TLP was formed in partnership with the SI Group, one of Europe’s leading providers of Leadership coaching. The courses we have built, set out to create a leadership capability within the entity that can harness the natural talent within, take ownership of the vision and mission, and lead the community as a whole through the innovations in learning that surround our world today.
