Courses for secondary school pupils

The challenge for most students making the change from primary into secondary learning, is the huge difference in teaching style they encounter. For reasons of history, teaching and learning at secondary level becomes a very serious affair, and the fun and enjoyment of learning experienced at primary level all but disappears.  The result of this change in teaching and learning practise, is a dramatic shift in the ease and enjoyment of learning for large groups of students, leading to poorer levels of engagement, diminishing results and for many total disillusionment with the education system.
The reality can, however, be very different. By teaching learners how they actually learn, de-mystifying the functions of the human mind, and teaching the tools and techniques designed to make learning and easy, effective experience, students can take responsibility  for the management of their own learning, re-configuring the experience in class, into something that works for them personally. The courses highlighted below are designed to give the learner the core tool kit to unlocking their own learning potential, making the experience in school both enjoyable and successful.
