Accelerated Learning for Trainers - Getting the message accross Faster

An easy to apply, comprehensive Accelerated Learning model based on the memorable acronym: M.E.S.S.A.G.E. (Mindset Entrance Switch Ownership Store Act Go-again Engage) Participants will walk away with a design and delivery model for accelerating any learning event or initiative.  As a result of applying the framework, any subject area can be delivered faster and more effectively and the learning will stay with the learner for longer.

Outcomes

This workshop is aimed at developing the skills-set required to obtain the benefits of accelerated learning regardless of the subject matter delivered.  These benefits include:
  •       increasing the quantity of information that can be conveyed whilst at the same time reducing delivery time

  •       Achieving higher levels of behavioural change through engaging the commitment and the intelligence of learners - in short, ensuring that more of the learning is transformed into habitual action

  •      Ensuring that these positive results last over a longer-term than with traditional learning.

As a result of applying the skills acquired on this programme, participants will be able to help their own learners:
  •       Access the best mindset for learning faster at a more profound level
  •      Grasp more content in less time by using more of their senses in learning
  •       Increase the relevance of the learning by applying their own unique blend of intelligence preferences thereby making it 'real' on their own terms
  •      Recall their learning with greater ease, speed and effectiveness
  •       Verify the quality of their learning, building confidence alongside competence
  •       Develop productive habits of review and reflection, integrating the learning at a deeper level
  •       Ensure future application through effective scenario planning
