Clarity4D delivers affordable, accessible (web-based) learning and development solutions, using video and up to date technology.

The Clarity4D profiles incorporate a behavioural model and psychometric tool based on the work of Carl Jung, the Swiss Psychologist.

They use ‘colour’ to offer a language which describes four basic ‘behavioural’ types: the use of the term ‘colour energy’ helps to provide a sense of flexibility and dynamism in how an individual might respond to a range of situations and communications.

Personality profiling helps people to raise self-awareness, and also recognise the personality styles of their friends, loved-ones and colleagues.
The use of ‘colour’ in the personality profile is a visual way of creating an internationally understood language which breaks down barriers in cultures, communities, corporations and personal relationships.
It is designed to be an affordable/high value online global tool which operates beyond national boundaries – identifying what we share in common and what will benefit us from knowing in order to maximise both individual and corporate team ‘performance’.
The ‘colours’ enable us to better understand and value diversity and to enhance inclusivity.
