Designed in collaboration with schools, this holistic approach to leadership development embeds individual leaders personal development plan within a leadership project that supports the school improvement plan.
This can be planned over any given time period that suits the school, and will engage the whole leadership team in a process of structured school improvement, leadership development, peer to peer mentoring, external coaching in core leadership skills that will support the school improvement plan, and individual leadership skills enhancement based upon assessed strengths.
