Leading Organisations The top level of the leadership journey is leading an organisation. By the time a leader reaches this level they should be highly skilled at being able to self lead and lead people, however we do work with many senior leaders who find it useful to cover some of the topics covered on our Leading Self and Leading People programmes. Leading an organisation requires the skills of self leadership (particularly as being a senior leader can be very lonely) as well as being able to inspire and motivate others. In addition to this, the leader needs to be able to create and inspire a vision for the organisation to others and create links outside of the organisation. Leading the Organisation - Level 1 By the end of this programme, attendees will:
Be able to apply what they have learned about creating their personal vision to creating a vision for the organisation
Understand the importance of networking and linking to others outside of their own organisation
Be able to set goals and strategy for the organisation that can be filtered down to others
Leading the Organisation - Level 2 By the end of this programme, attendees will:
Understand the importance of mission and vision statements and how to create these using the input of others
Be able to translate global strategy into local strategy
Be able to communicate to large groups in an inspiring and compelling way
Be a role model for leadership that others aspire to
