LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME
 This module gets to the heart of performance by looking at what motivates self and others and by working at the beleifs level of individuals in order to increase their performance. The exposure to coaching skills also ensures that engagement and performance can be sustained without you (the leader) having to be ever-present.
 
  • Use a range of self motivation and engagement techniques
  • Determine what people want and spot opportunities for how to provide it
  • Apply a working approach to engaging and empowering others 
  • Give and receive feeback and coach others to succeed on their own
