PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME
 This programme introduces delegates to the structure of business negotiation as well as the interpersonal skills that will allow them to really perform. Using interactive methods including relevant examples from movie clips, delegates finally use their knowledge to complete two Negotiations ‘Real- Plays’.
