Aulden has run The Learning Partnership as a social interest company since 2010. During this time he has focused the organisation on delivering practical user friendly STEM focused challenges and tools that support the learning journey of human beings, from birth into adulthood.
During this time he has built up an extensive network of authors, coaches and development specialists, who have helped create the unique brain based learning systems the oganisation now takes to market under the STEM banner.
Prior to taking on TLP, Aulden ran education for Buzan Ltd, a joint venture between the SI Group and Tony Buzan's oganisation, and before this, set up the education division of the SI Group.
A father of three, Aulden is passionate about making education work for all learners.
Richard joined Dendrite in May 2016 and works closely with Mr. Dunipace in the planning and execution of the Company’s business and commercial development strategy.
Qualifying as a solicitor in 1984, Richard has wide experience in the development of both SME and large corporate businesses having worked at senior levels across the telecommunications, digital media and internet industry sectors.
Richard was a senior commercial solicitor with Vodafone specialising in the creation and management of the UK network and its international joint ventures before being recruited as General Counsel and Commercial Director of the Cable & Wireless/T-Mobile joint venture in the UK at the start-up of the One2One mobile network.
Richard was the Co-founder and Chairman of Redstone Telecom which achieved a successful IPO on the main London Stock Exchange in 1999 and has worked closely with Microsoft Ventures in London as its principal commercial mentor helping cohort companies develop and implement their respective commercial, sales and marketing plans.
