A former secondary Head, Tim's expertise is in leadership development through research, consultancy, training, project management and authorship. His interest is in the intra- and inter-personal aspects of leadership and learning. He helped to prepare the Effective Lifelong Learning Inventory for national availability and now leads the ELLI Research and Development programme, working with schools and universities in UK and abroad. In 2003-4, he created Space for Transformation and attended the Courage to Teach programme, developed in the USA under the guidance of Parker J. Palmer. Drawing on this experience, Tim initiated and now co-ordinates the Courage to Be... programme. | | |
