Q is intended to be personal and private, so there is no sharing functionality built into Q – it is not a social media tool. But if a young person wants to show someone what is on their Q screen, that’s their personal choice. They should certainly not be pressured into sharing their Q with others, but if they feel they want to share something they have learned with a trusted friend, a parent/guardian or a trusted adult, for example a teacher or counsellor, that’s fine. And our experience is that many young people will choose to share aspects of their Q with others in this way from time to time.
